Hi. Nice exercise. I do have a few comments though. I did not hear the confidence in your voice enough to make me trust it and allow my mind to drift with it. You did sound like you wete searching for words and havent mapped out the scene perfectly in your mind. I would recommend more practise and reading a prepared script from a paper.
Also, in guided meditation you should avoid negative words because the subconscience doesnt understand them, like “do not walk away” or “not touch it” the brain will not enterpret the “not” just the words around it so it better to replace them with direct orders.
It was good overall but practice and more reading about it will make perfect.
