13 years agoI practice mindfulness meditation daily for about 15 minutes and I love it. This video is a good stress reliever and enhances ones well-being, after only 5 minutes! Great job on the emphasis of the breathing in and out because to me, that is most critical to meditation.

13 years agoI practice Yoga at least once a week and really enjoyed this meditation. I can see it useful on a daily basis during one of my breaks at work to relieve some stress.
