    Hi, for me the meditation did not flow well. Instead of calming and relaxing I felt nervous. The voice seemed unsure and jerky at times. Instructions on when to take a deep breath and an explanation before the silences might make a difference. I have done guided meditations for a while now and with most I have been able to relax but they do take a chunk out of your day so I was very interested in this one. I will try it and the other videos again to see if that will make a difference.

    The reason I signed up for testing your product is indeed having a lot to do every day, but knowing that a few moments of silence every day will connect me with me and my purpose.
    I also recognize the chunk out of my day when meditating, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there is a solid and ‘quick’ way.

    I like the way the ‘lights go out’ when the video starts. The words during the explanation are helpfull. And very good to have no words shown during the actual meditation.
    To me the voice was okay and I was able to relax.

    I will listen to the rest of the videos and give you feedback afterwards.
