13 years agoThe exercise is great. It’s simple and should relatively be easy start for new people. I like the overall presentation with the key words emphasized by appearing and fading on dark background, I think that’s effective. Also I liked the explanations, to me they’re clear and concise. I really enjoyed it.

13 years agoHaving used Guided Meditation in the past, I found this to be extremely clear and well presented. The voice over is soft, relaxing and trusting. I liked the simplicity of the 5 minute First Meditation. I will visit the other videos.

13 years agoI found the voice to be soothing but would have liked the meditation to be more direct and concise. The explanations seemed to pull me out of where my mind naturally wanted to go. The overall message was wonderful, but I felt like there were a few things that needed to be tidied up. Looking forward to what’s next.
